High Brow Barn

This is the barn that we purchased with our holiday cottage, High Brow.

It is a typical Lakeland barn used for storing animal feed and sheltering sheep.

In April 2018 we were granted planning permission to turn this into an annex to the main house. Work started in January 2019 and the internal work took nearly a year to get to building regs sign off.

The barn now looks like this, with all internal work completed, steps, paths, patio's and dry stone walls built. Just landscaping and shutters to complete.

We get great sunrise's over Gowbarrow 

Only a couple of miles walk / run, the views on the way up are fabulous

Now with furniture!

With the wood burning stove it's very cosy...
